I will provide you with a weekly training plan leading up to your chosen even. We will also talk once a week to ensure you are happy with the plan and understand the content.
These camps are a great way to spend a few days focused on your training. I provide video swim analysis and stroke technique.

It's important to me as a coach to ensure our CFIT community grows their triathlon skills together.
Group training can include; group bike rides, pool and open water swims, and group rides. During these different sessions I will provide feedback to our athletes as they prepare and continue to improve their skills.
