CFIT Training will help you prepare for your next triathlon event by providing accountability to a proven structure of effective training methods that are integrated into the time demands of daily life.

Our 1/1 Coaching Options

At CFIT we offer three different 1/1 coaching options to help you towards achieving your Triathlon goals. These options provide different benefits and value to a beginner triathlete to a seasoned athlete.

  • 1/1 Monthly Coaching: Monthly plan, access to Clark for coaching via text or phone and access to all group sessions based in Taupo weekly.
  •  1/1 Consultation: Overview and education on the basic fundamentals that help you progress fast in the sport of triathlon, Clarks top tips, foundation strategies to be better as you come into the sport of triathlon to complete your first triathlon, half ironman or the full ironman
  • 1/1 Technique analysis: Specializing in swim coaching here, strength and conditioning analysis on your muscle imbalances. Video analysis available for running and swimming as well as a regular strength plan to help you move forward faster with better technique and balance in your body.
