Below is an example of what a one-hour session looks like:
- 1400-1600m swim of threshold work
- Target HR between 130-145
- Series of reps ranging between 50-200m (i.e. 5 x 200, paddles, descending)
- Cool down and warm-ups
- Total distance swam within the hour 2.5k (2500m)
